Ship tracking

Fearnresearch has been tracking all tankers and bulk carriers over 50.000 dwt since the 1960´s (electronically since 1988 - Our tracking is accomplished by enhancing raw data; this enhancement takes the form of finding out cargo types, ballast legs, port calls, turnaround times, routing, etc.  all based on our extensive connections within the shipping industry. You can see how we do this by looking at the illustration on the left.  This process involves a great deal of super-sleuthing! but the effort is worth it.
